Looking to cash in before Disney releases its new animated movie Tangled, Dreamworks gives us the new family film Megamind. This is a movie that should be funny.  It has the comedic talents of Will Ferrell and Tina Fey.  But in an animated movie, dialogue is scripted and not improvised.  And if it’s not written funny, no matter how talented your voice talents are, and their skill in comedic timing and precision, it’s just not going to be funny.  Megamind wants to be funny, tries to be funny, hopes to be funny, but mostly isn’t.
