It’s been Twenty years since Mobb Deep debut album “Juvenile Hell” was released, but Havoc and Prodigy return to form on their official 20th Anniversary Tour. On June 6th, they performed at the prestigious Howard Theatre with a mix of their classic songs like “Shook Ones” and “Quiet Storm,” as well as tracks from their new solo projects “Albert Einstein” and “13.” For the finale, the Queensbridge rappers ended with one of their most popular hit singles ”Shook Ones Part II.”

On November 14, 2013, the Newseum, in partnership with Paramount Pictures, will open “Anchorman: The Exhibit,” featuring props, costumes and footage from the 2004 hit comedy “Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy,” prior to the release of its highly anticipated sequel “Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues” from Paramount Pictures on December 20.

Paramount’s Star Trek Into Darkness will open at the Airbus IMAX Theater at the Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center in Chantilly, Va., May 15 and in IMAX 3-D at the Samuel C. Johnson IMAX Theater at the National Museum of Natural History May 31. Tickets to see the film at the Hazy Center are on sale at www.si.edu/imax. Tickets to see the film at the Johnson IMAX Theater go on sale Friday, May 17, on the same website.
Who says Monday’s suck? Those must be the lameoids who weren’t at U St. Music Hall May 13th to see Digitalism perform live. The German indie dance duo was set to rock the stage not promoting a new album or anything but to just have fun. I guess that’s what it’s all about because if it isn’t, you’re in the wrong industry.
