Good afternoon TRR Readers,
The leaves are falling from the trees. Daylight Savings Time has given us an extra hour of sleep. Finally, the best summer movies are hit the stores on DVD. It means Fall has arrived. For the team, it means more work since we have to prep for the best of 2010 and our exclusive feature as we talk abou the best of worst of 2010 in 3-D. While we get ready, go out in the rain and scream Stelllllla. On second thought, battle seven exes to win a lady’s heart. Then again, spend a weekend with your old basketball mates. I forget to add to have fun with your deceased brother’s ghost. This could describe my last few summers, but they are actually this week’s….
MOVIES OF THE WEEK
As someone who grew up in the age of the 8-bit original Nintendo Entertainment System (and still plays it!), one of the things I really enjoyed was getting to the Boss Battles – the kind of thing you saw at the end of the Super Mario Brothers levels, Mega Man, The Legend of Zelda, and Dragon Warrior, to name a few. You beat the big bad, unlocked some kind of level-up or item, and you went on your merry way to defeat more evil. So it is without surprise that I absolutely loved Scott Pilgrim vs. The World.
