Queen Latifah and Dolly Parton team up in what may as well be called the Battle of the Boobs in a small-town dram-edy about a choir who never gives up. There is nothing new about the premise and nothing unexpected about the pretty ending wrapped in a bow. In fact, there is nothing cinematically impressive about this film at all. The acting is only decent, the plot is disjointed, and the dialogue is beyond preachy. So, should you go see it? YEESSSS!
