Bravissimo!
It was a beautiful, balmy, breezy evening at the Filene Center at Wolf Trap and the perfect weather for an outdoor summer concert. After 8 long years, Mormon Tabernacle Choir (MTC) finally returned to the DC area and from the resounding applause and standing ovation the audience gave and the number of seats filled, they were sorely missed. The 360-voice all volunteer choir was accompanied by their own Orchestra at Temple Square, which was added to the MTC organization in 1999. It was my very first time hearing this world renowned choir performs and it won’t be my last.
