Nero Second Reality Tour Makes a Good First Impression

Ah, the 9:30 club. That good ole familiar hot spot nestled on the corner of V Street and Florida Avenue. A place where on any given night the line can stretch down the block and have SOLD OUT signs posted on every ticket window. There recently has been a slew of talented Dubstep artist making their way through the 9:30 club and tonight was no exception. Nero was about to blow the place up and everybody there knew it, you could tell by the anticipation in the atmosphere.

CONCERT REVUE: Jimmy Eat World at the 9:30 Club

For a band that’s two years away from hitting their 20th anniversary, Jimmy Eat World doesn’t show any signs of aging or slowing down.  Conversely, they seem to be gaining steam and strength with every album released and every show played.  And their 22-song set at the 9:30 Club on Sunday, February 13th was stark evidence that this band is here to stay, with a deeply eclectic and raucous body of work that defies definition.
