MOVIE REVUE: Conan O’Brien, PLEASE DON’T STOP!!!!!!

Since late 1980′s, Conan O’Brien has been one of the funniest late night talk show hosts known to NBC! 22 years later and Conan decides to leave the network because he refuses to be aired at midnight. In this comedy, Conan O’Brien: Can’t Stop, we follow Conan as he pushes through his “Legally Prohibited from Being Funny on Television Tour.” And even catch Conan as he finds himself doing shows on tour, at midnight!

Conan is known for multiple things from his puffy orange hair to his funny little string dance. Most of all though, he is known for his complete and extreme energy that is displayed through out the movie! The movie documents his tour after leaving NBC! It is clear to see that no desk or celebrity is needed to laugh at Conan. The man can seriously be funny all by himself!!

The camera’s that followed Conan on his tour belonged to Rodman Flender, director and old time friend of Conan’s from Harvard. Released by Magnolia Pictures, Conan O’Brien: Can’t Stop is definitely a huge hit for all those who helped in sponsoring.

This documentary shows just about every side of Conan. From stressed to relax. From boss to friend. In which, thorough every side, you cannot stop laughing. In the movie, you can see Conan not only practice his comedy bits, but also see him play with his band! Conan is nonstop with energy and laughs!

Even before shows, Conan will use ten times the normal energy someone will just by being himself. Though he does realize that, he repeatedly asks others around, “Is it crazy that I’m working this hard before a show?” And the post-shows get even crazier as were able to witness the crowds that rush in just to get a moment with Conan.

During the tour, Conan had many special guests come on stage with him. Such as Jim Carey, Reggie Watts, Andy Richter, and we can’t forget the Dave Mathews Band plus many more! Not only was he the star in these shows, Conan even opened for musical artists Nas and Damain Marley in which Conan is happy to repeat for a good amount of days!

Unfortunately, the tour did come to a stop June 14, 2010. Conan still not being able to stop, returned to TBS to debut his current late night talk show, Conan, just a couple weeks after his tour ended. Conan is still widely known for his amusing comedy and music
